The COMPUTERLINKS Hardware Service consists of the following elements: - COMPUTERLINKS Diagnosis Support - COMPUTERLINKS Hardware replacement service - Optional: engineer on-site service
The COMPUTERLINKS Support Service Team will support within business hours 8x5 or round the clock 24x7 in the case of technical assistance.
The hardware replacement service is a set of hardware replacement times available to define how quickly a replacement is to take place:
- NBD (next business day): replacement on the next business day (Mo-Fr, not including public holidays) - ND (next day): replacement on the next day (including public holidays) - 4h: replacement within four hours - Spare part on-site: replacement using replacement unit on-site (min. 3 years)
For all replacement levels there is an additional option of an engineer on-site support for initial installation services.
